use_theme_fonts=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1547332182680{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1547332265930{margin-top: 0px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expert comptable est une profession reconnue dans plusieurs pays europ\u00e9ens comme le Portugal, la France ou encore l\u2019Allemagne, mais \u00e9galement dans plusieurs<br \/>\npays anglosaxons et d\u2019am\u00e9rique latine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cependant dans certains pays comme l\u2019Espagne, la profession n\u2019est pas encore reconnue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En effet, la profession d\u2019expert comptable en Espagne est pour l\u2019instant reconnue uniquement en interne dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019Institut de \u201cCensores Jurados de Cuentas en Espa\u00f1a\u201d (ICJCE) et le \u201cConsejo General de Economistas\u201d (CGE), les deux seules uniques corporations de droit\u00a0publique des commissaires aux comptes et des comptables d\u2019Espagne, ont sign\u00e9es un contrat ensemble.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Devant la demande de professionnels assurant la qualit\u00e9 de rapports d&rsquo;informations financi\u00e8res, ils ont cr\u00e9\u00e9s un nouveau registre, le Registre des\u00a0Experts comptables (REC), \u201cRegistro de Expertos Contables\u201d. Ce registre rassemble et repr\u00e9sente l\u2019ensemble des professionnels les plus qualifi\u00e9s en\u00a0mati\u00e8re de comptabilit\u00e9, et ayant valid\u00e9s les conditions requises \u00e9tablient par les deux institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour qu\u2019un espagnol obtienne le titre d\u2019expert comptable, il doit \u00eatre donc membre du REC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le REC a 6 objectifs principaux :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Accroitre l\u2019image de l\u2019expert comptable en Espagne et montrer l\u2019importance de son travail.<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer les normes comptables.<\/li>\n<li>Promouvoir les int\u00e9r\u00eats des experts comptables devant l&rsquo;Administration et devant d&rsquo;autres collectifs.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper des recherches et publier des \u00e9tudes en mati\u00e8re de comptabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;actualisation et \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration comptable \u00e0 travers des ativit\u00e9s de formation.<\/li>\n<li>Faciliter le soutien scientifique et les conseils techniques des fonctions et activit\u00e9es de la CGE et de la ICJCE en cas de besoin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peuvent \u00eatre membre du REC, les personnes accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 en qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Expert comptable par un \u201cColegio de Economistas o de Titulares Mercantiles\u201d, ou<br \/>\ncelles membres de l&rsquo;Institut de \u201cCensores Jurados de Cuentas de Espa\u00f1a\u201d (ICJCE). Peuvent \u00e9galement se joindre d&rsquo;autres personnes physiques accr\u00e9dit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;accr\u00e9ditation du titre d&rsquo;Expert Comptable peut s&rsquo;obtenir de trois mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Information compl\u00e9mentaire :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019Institut de \u201cCensores Jurados de Cuentas de Espa\u00f1a\u201d (ICJCE), cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1942, est une Corporation de Droit Publique li\u00e9e organiquement au Minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Economie<br \/>\net de la Comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, comme personne juridique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parmis ses principaux objectifs, il y a le maintien de la plus haute qualit\u00e9 professionnelle, le respect des normes d\u00e9ontologiques, la formation permanente de ses\u00a0membres et la promotion de l&rsquo;audit comme pi\u00e8ce clef du syst\u00e8me
